Tethered Tools

Recently a case study has been submitted regarding the use of tethered tools at height.
The attached pictures show an interesting way of highlighting the possible consequences of objects falling from height.

Objects which have fallen on site are placed against a graph of mass of object against height of fall, with the colour coded possible outcomes shown.
