Remove problematic grease, fat and oil from waste water at source.
Reduce maintenance costs further down the line and help the environment.

I had a brief chat to the guys in the kitchen last week.
They report to be emptying the grease collection cylinder once a day at the moment.
The kitchen serves a large restaurant and they have two separators installed.
Interesting to see actually how much grease and oil does go down the plug hole and how much can be recovered.

Cheers
